On September 15, 2015, the Marion County Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinances 15-16 and 15-17 increasing the
local Tourist Development Tax (TDT) rate.  Effective November 1, 2015 the local TDT rate is 4%. 
October 2015 TDT collected in October 2015 and remitted in November 2015 should reflect the 2% rate.
November 2015 TDT collected in November 2015 and remitted in December 2015 should reflect the new 4% rate.
